Local Storage - the amount of file storage included in the hosting plan. Once exceeded, customers must establish a cloud storage account directly with Amazon Web Solutions to continue adding files to their web site.
Site Migration Support - Bondware provides two free migrations for customers migrating from Bondware 4.x to our current ContentEngine platform. This includes sections, articles, ads, users, calendar events, business directory, media files, and url preservation for SEO purposes. After two migrations, migration support is available at our normal Custom Development rate listed below.
Data Extract - Bondware's policy is that customers own their site data. Customers can request a downloadable copy of their site data at any time for $100 per request. The data extract will consist of all site files along with an MySQL dump of the site database. Data extracts are available from Bondware for up to 45 days after a customer site/plan is terminated.
Custom Development - Custom development is available to assist customers with site data management issues at the rate of $100/hr. Please support custom development requests on our support site at https://support.bondware.com.
